3: Project Mapping
We dive deeper and work with you to thoroughly understand what you really want and need, and what is required to make that happen.

This is a highly critical part of the process that can save much time and misunderstanding in the long run.

Known Project Scope
For projects where you already know exactly what you want and how you want it to work we will conduct an online meeting to understand your requirements, including user interface, Admin/User needs, any technical limitations and importantly, the key success factors for the project.
Outcome:
An agreed project plan, including accurate pricing & visual concepts.

Pricing may be by Project or Time & Materials based, depending on the complexity.

Unknown Project Scope
For projects where there are unknown or speculative aspects, we will lead you through a research process that involves interviews, designing mock-up solutions and presenting these back to you. This process consistently yields new, important insights.
Outcome:
High project confidence, visual concepts, a technical plan & pricing.

Pricing will be Time & Materials based, due to the unknown element.

4: Development & Testing
We will work closely with you as we begin the development process, ensuring any potential issues or misunderstanding are clarified and rectified along the way.
As each stage is completed, we will demonstrate to you for feedback and fine-tuning.
Outcome:
Regularly see your developing software with opportunities for feedback.
5: Deployment & Follow-up Care
Users need confidence in the software they are using, so we will be supporting you through the deployment of your new software and ensure we're here to quickly address any issues as they arise.
Outcome:
Active support as your software goes live.
6: Ongoing Support
We are available to provide ongoing support should you wish it.
You can pick from a range of options including casual, as you need it, support or a more formal support arrangement with defined service, as you go arrangements, through to formal support packages with well defined service agreements.
