We have been developing complex Microsoft software applications professionally for over 20 years and have worked with all versions of MS Office from Office 95 through 365.

The bulk of our custom software has been developed in Excel, MS Access and Visio, but we also work with Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, One Note, Project and basically anything Microsoft.
Because we have worked with Microsoft Office since Office 95 we have experience with all versions of Office and have worked with, and through, those changes through the years, enabling us to understand the best option for your circumstances.
Although many feel that they should have the latest and greatest version of Office, we often find that our clients really have no need to upgrade to the latest version, they simply just need a little help to bring their existing software more into line with their current business practises.

How do you work remotely?
The use of remote access software, in tandem with the development of high speed internet, has become standard and allows us to work with you quickly and efficiently wherever you are in the world.
It also enables us to keep costs down while still being able to offer instant support whenever you need it.
As most of our clients already have Microsoft Office, we find we use Microsoft Teams for the bulk of our meetings, but we also use Skype, Team Viewer and Remote Utilities.
If you have a preferred remote access software, we are happy to use that.
Some clients are also able to setup Windows Remote Desktop to allow us to come on to their computer when circumstances require.
If it is required that we come to site to get to know the business and business needs, we are also happy to do so, with the travel and accommodation costs borne by the client.
